Combine a cup of fresh cilantro, 1 oz. of fresh basil, and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil in a food processor or blender.
Take your baguette slices and arrange on a cookie sheet. Top each with some of the pesto. Add a little bit of shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.
Add a few leafs of Arugula for a peppery taste or a few leaves of fresh mustard. Enjoy!
