I adopted a lot of aspects of the gluten free lifestyle about a year ago. I wanted to see if it would impact my weight at all. Cutting gluten helped me shed two jean sizes and improved my overall health in general. Of course, sustaining good habit is always harder in the long run. This page is an effort to pass along what works for me. I’ve managed to develop my own little pantry of gluten free mixes, including pizza, pancakes, waffles, and even crackers. So, in the next day or so I’ll be journaling my latest gluten free experiment, crackers. So stay tuned!
